Mental Health 101 with our Peer Educators

The Mental Health Peer Educators are current MiraCosta College students who participate in this service learning opportunity to reduce stigma around mental health. As a part of their mission to be a bridge between students and mental health resources, including Health Services, Peer Educators Pricilla, Savannah, and Wyatt, created this presentation for the Social Justice and Equity Center (SJEC).

Many thanks to past Peer Educator and current SJEC intern, Parmis, for the inspiration and leadership in creating the event, and for Anri, a current Peer Educator AND SJEC intern for their participation.

If you are interested in becoming a Peer Educator for the spring semester, please email Abby at aburd@miracosta.edu.
