Nature Therapy Experience
Join us on the first Wednesday of each month (Mar 5th, Apr 2nd, May 7th) for a nature therapy experience 12:30pm-1:30pm in The Horticulture Garden Area (to the left of Horticulture Building 7000) facilitated by mental health counselors Tammah (she) and Jesus (they/elle).
- Spending time in nature has been shown to effectively: Reduce symptoms of depression
- Reduce anxiety and stress
- Boost immunity and concentration
- Help with focus and memory
- Regulate blood pressure and mood
- Decrease feelings of isolation and loneliness
We hope you can join us to spend time with nature, connecting with ourselves and each other and slowing down for just a bit. We look forward to seeing you there!
